How to Request an AVEVA Factory Tech Support User ID
A User ID can only be obtained during normal business hours and must be done in advance of needing service.
If you do not know your AVEVA Factory Tech Support User ID, or do not have one, you will need to create one during normal business hours by calling:
AVEVA Corporate (Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm PT)
Enter 0# which will take you to a representative that will help you create a User ID. You will need your company name, location, and Customer First Program # (CFP #)
Please note: It is very important you obtain a AVEVA Factory Tech Support User ID as soon as you receive your Customer First support package. Without it, if you have an emergency and need support after hours, you will not be able to get support until the next business day.
